What is it that they have to fear?
Who am I referring to when I say “they”? I’m talking about the Obama’s thugs that hacked into Leo Donforio’s original site at at blogtext.org 5 days ago. His blog, Natural Born CItizen, went down as Leo was discussing his case Donofrio v Wells on Plains Radio. This case is scheduled for a closed conference between the Justices of the Supreme Court on December 5th. At that time, should the Justices agree, full arguments will begin in front of the court that will determine if Barack Hussein Obama was ever eligible to run for the office of POTUS.

Today I visited the new site at http://thenaturalborncitizen.blogspot.com and read a cautionary message that said in effect “enter at your own risk.” Why would this be necessary . . . it’s just a blog, right? Right! I am directing people to Leo’s newest site so they can view the court documents, and an array of posts, videos, etc. that pertain to this case.
Let me make a couple of quick points:
- People censor that which they fear . . . in this case, the truth about Obama’s eligibility.
- There are numerous mirror sites that will continue to contain the information about Donofrio v. Wells, even if Leo’s newest site, goes down again.
- To those who keep messing with the site, videos, etc. Every incursion and attempt to stop discussion and information dissemination is further proof that Leo and a host of others who have lawsuits pending are on the right track.
Here’s another video asking for Obama to produce his birth certificate. The Donofrio suit is not anchored to the birth certificate issue, but to Barack’s dual citizenship at birth. The question remains . . . why not just produce the documents?

Just wondering if we can all carry the info on all our sites, that way if they block Leo, then we’d have all our ours on record for the public to see.
I just want to say to Sean Hannity, O’Reily, Hugh Hewitt, Prager, Medved, Laura Ingram, and another other folks who have access to the public that you are doing a terrible disservice to the American public by not broadcasting this in a serious and continuous manner. It shows your ignorance to the merits of the cases brought forward, or it’s a sign of a dangerous partisanship.
Either way, you have ceased to be informative to the American public.

I made a screen shot of the “warning”. It was posted by Blogger as a warning to Leo Donofrio and potential visitors. I have felt all along that Leo should steer clear of Blogger/Google because of their history of interfering with anti-Obama sites. The “warning”:

Donofrio claims Hillary would be eligible to receive all the electoral votes that would have gone to Obama. Before an inauguration, Biden would not qualify to take Obama’s place, since he did not run for president. Hillary qualifies, because she was a POTUS candidate, and electors must choose a Democrat, as Dems got the most electoral votes.

I will not censor you because you hold an opinion that is opposed to mine, unlike a WP site I recently visited. That’s hideous in a democracy. Heard the latest . . . Google sandboxing Atlas Shrugs! The owner is a pal of Obama’s. Guess we’ve got ourselves a new Minister of Propaganda.
I asked Jonathan Turley to comment on Obama’s problems with Article II Section 1 since he had written a post on McCain’s problems eligibility problems as a “natural born citizen” . . . after all how can one comment on one candidate and completely omit the other? How indeed, if one is being intellectually honest? The answer is obvious, isn’t it?
Notice, I didn’t ask him to agree or disagree . . . just comment! That was 5 days ago, and I’m still waiting.
Now as to your comments. Rather than trying to bring down the credibility of the messengers (yes, I know Berg and the 9/11 issues and yes, Donofrio is a poker player) focus on the credibility of the comments and the issues they have brought to light!

Sportsone, I appreciate your blog, because it is open to different opinion. I prefer controversies to be discussed openly, from various aspects, but in a civic manner. I can’t learn anything for those who totally agree with me.
If Google is indeed limiting a freedom of speech to anyone – regardless if I agree with that person or not – I’m firmly oppose to that. About Atlas Shrugs: I just tried to google for – Obama’s online birth certificate a “forgery” – and Atlas Shrugs was the first hit??? Try it for yourself.
Now, about Berg and Donfrio: you need to have a rock firm credibility if you want to seriously confront the president-elect’s credibility. Haven’t you asked yourself why the hell haven’t Republican legal experts exposed that issue when that would made sense?

Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States, for the simple reason that he was born on American soil (the opposite wasn’t proved so far). The age and citizenship status of Obama’s parents at the time have no bearing on Obama’s own citizenship.
Any confusion on this point might only be a result of misunderstanding the legal concepts of jus sanguinis (right of blood) and jus soli (right of birthplace). Here is how the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service explains the difference:
“The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees citizenship at birth to almost all individuals born in the United States or in U.S. jurisdictions, according to the principle of jus soli. Certain individuals born in the United States, such as children of foreign heads of state or children of foreign diplomats, do not obtain U.S. citizenship under jus soli.”
A wishfull thinking has nothing to do with a hard reality, sorry.

I can tell you right now that NoBama can have a certified BC and still not be a natural born US Citizen. I believe this is why he won’t just settle the dispute once and for all…..for in fact these lawsuits are correct in their content! My partner was born in Hawaii in early 60’s (as his father was in the Navy there)…. I have seen his original BC from Hawaii.
There is a section down below around Line 7 which asks if the person was born outside of Hawaii and then a place that could include the place of birth…. I found out in those days it was possible to get a BC registered in Hawaii even if the person wasn’t born there. So, I believe that NoBama has one but it is one that would not demonstrate that he was, indeed, a natural born US citizen!

@ MoniQue: like it or not, Chiyome Fukino, The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health made a clear statement that she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
According to that policy she isn’t be allowed to verfiy a foreign BC. Obama wouldn’t have been granted for US citizenship by jus soli (right of birthplace) without being born of the American soil.
Donofrio speculation that Obama’s isn’t a “natural born citizen” since dual citizenship at his birth makes him untrustworthy is absurd; according to that same speculation, “Framers” would be considered even less trustworthy – all of them were citizens of UK at birth. “Natural born citizen” means “citizens of the United States at birth” as defined by U.S. Code, Title 8, Section 1401.
